From the initial check-in to the final plenary, our schedule is packed with informative sessions, hands-on workshops, and inspiring talks.
WORKSHOP & PLENARY PROPOSALS
The NARSOL Conference Planning Committee selects and recruits workshop and plenary speaker proposals based on current movement needs, attendee survey suggestions, and conference logistics. To propose a workshop or presentation by yourself or someone else, please e-mail a brief (two paragraphs max) suggestion to conference@narsol.org. The CPC will evaluate suggestions and send full proposal forms when appropriate. We receive many more suggestions and proposals than time at the conference allows for, so please understand not all proposals can be accepted.
The 2026 NARSOL Conference registration is open from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m.
The 2026 NARSOL Conference opening reception will be held at the Lord Baltimore Hotel Skytop Bar from 7 to 10 p.m.
NARSOL Conference Registration is open from 7:45 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Hotel guests receive breakfast vouchers. Breakfast location and times will be added when available.
The plenary and breakout workshop schedules will be released soon. Â
Friday's final plenary session ends at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner on your own and Friday evening festivities.
