Running a large national conference is possible because our conference attendees frequently sign up for volunteer shifts to help the entire event run smoothly.
Once you’ve signed up for the conference, consider one of the below volunteer opportunities.

- 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. – Tech Load-In – Click Here to Sign Up
Help our conference tech team unload the truck of audio-video equipment, carry it to the correct location, and assist our tech leads with unpacking it. Audio/Visual/”Roadie” knowledge is helpful but not necessary for this role. - 1 to 5 p.m. – Conference Preparation – Click Here to Sign Up
Help prepare materials during the afternoon before the conference. Sort items to go into the folders, then load them into folders. Break apart name tags, put them in badge holders and sort alphabetically. Other hands-on tasks that may arise.
