Conference Supply Clerk

How much in the way of supplies are left over from one conference seems to always be left for the next conference.  But, in Houston, this sort of inventory will be done at the end of the conference.  The conference supply clerk will be responsible for counting and entering into a spreadsheet the essentials (folders, name tag holders, lanyards, etc.) as the conference comes to a close and that way we'll know what we have on tap when we proceed to the next conference.
