DETAILS:

Assure ahead of start time that presenter has what they need. If there is a tech difficulty, locate the Tech Assistant to fix. Make sure presenter understands start/stop times. Announce the presenter at the beginning (just name and subject), start recording equipment if requested. At the end of the session give a 5-10 minute warning, and turn off equipment if requested.
